- Where can I find a practice exam for my certification?
We do not provide any exams directly. Many exams, however, are available on the Internet. For example, try searching for a term such as "ccna vce".
- I have received an email: 'Please note that you are close to exceeding the limit on the number of allowed activations for your license'. Will my license be suspended?
You need to contact customer support. Please use the form on that page, or email us, and include your full name and registration e-mail.
- I lost the license key that I
purchased to register VCE software. How can I retrieve it?
You can use the Registration Code Request form or write to our customer support. Please describe your problem, and include your full name and registration e-mail.

- I purchased a license for the
Windows version of VCE Suite. Will this license also work for one of the
other versions?
Each of our products requires a separate license. Upgrades to the version that you purchase, however, will always be free of charge.
- I would like a refund for my
order. What should I do?
Activation/Registration
- My Internet connection uses a
Proxy server, or I have no Internet connection. How can I register my
software?
On the computer which is offline or blocked by a proxy server:
1. Open VCE Manager and click Help -> Register...
2. Paste in your license key, and click "Continue"
3. Select "Manual" activation and click "Continue"
4. Write down the System ID given here. You will need to use it from an online computer. Now, on a computer that is online or not blocked by a proxy server:

6. Enter the System ID of your offline computer (from step 4 above), and your license key. Click "Activate".
7. You will be given an activation code. Copy this code and enter it during manual activation on the offline computer. - My registration key appears longer
than the input field. What should I do?
Make sure that you have downloaded Visual CertExam Suite and not VCE Testing System.
- I can't get access to my e-mail
and my registration key.

- I entered the registration key,
then close and re-launched the application but I'm still getting an
"unregistered application" error.

- How do I upload my VCE files to my
iPhone/iPad?
To upload VCE files to the iPhone/iPad, you need to:
- download the latest update of VCE Mobile for iPhone/iPad,
- download the latest update for iTunes,
- update your iPhone software up to 4.2.1 or later,
- choose your iPhone Apps in iTunes and use the drag-and-drop function to upload VCEM files onto the iPhone/iPad.

Many customers have also had success running our Windows application on their Mac within a virtual machine. For example VirtualBox, VMWare Fusion or Parallels.

You can use the online converter.

PDF?
You need to open your VCE file in Visual CertExam Designer and print it to a virtual PDF printer. Please type the following into Google for more information: printing to PDF. An example of software that allows for 'print to PDF" functionality can be found at www.nitroreader.com.
